The short version: build anything, resell nothing.

You can

  • Use the templates in unlimited products you own
  • Use them in work you do for clients
  • Modify, restyle and rebrand them freely
  • Send unlimited emails built from them

You can't

  • Resell or give away the templates as files
  • Publish them in a template kit, theme or marketplace
  • Use them in an email builder or design tool you sell
  • Share your download link

1. Grant

On purchase, Mailblocks grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Mailblocks templates, components, signatures and scripts (the "Templates") under these terms.

A Solo licence covers one person. A Team licence covers up to five people who work for the same company or organisation; each may use the Templates under these terms. The free templates are covered by the same terms as a Solo licence, for anyone.

2. Permitted use

You may use, copy and modify the Templates to create emails and email signatures ("End Products") for unlimited projects that you own or that you build for clients.

You may send unlimited emails based on the Templates, and include the Templates' compiled output in the source code of your End Products, including open-source projects, provided the Templates are not the main thing being distributed.

3. Restrictions

You may not sell, sublicense, share or redistribute the Templates, modified or not, as stand-alone files or as part of a template kit, UI kit, theme, starter, boilerplate or marketplace listing whose value comes primarily from the Templates.

You may not include the Templates in a product that lets its users create emails or templates (for example an email builder, design tool or AI generator) where the Templates are offered to those users as templates.

You may not share your download link or the downloaded archive with anyone not covered by your licence.

4. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet downloaded the pack. After the first download the files have been delivered and the purchase is final.

5. Updates and warranty

Your licence includes all 1.x updates. The Templates are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Email clients change their rendering over time; we test and update the Templates but cannot guarantee identical rendering in every client.

Third-party names (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Resend, Postmark, Amazon SES, Loops) are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. The sample brand "Fieldnote" is fictional.
